3. Payments, Refunds & Delivery
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, all PDF readings and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
For live sessions:
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees)
– Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable
– Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours in advance
For PDF readings, delivery is within 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated.

If you need to reschedule a live session, please email hello@samantharei.org at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
5. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you affirm that you are emotionally and mentally capable of participating in this work. You agree to take full responsibility for how you engage with any insights or guidance provided.
